10 yrs. of manufacturing experience of managing multiple shifts with an
Industrial Mechanical Engineering degree. Proven experience in
productivity improvements & meeting deadlines.

Welding Technician / Instructor
Welding Technician to support welding process, Mig, Flux Core, Sub Arc, etc.
Ability to communicate, train and develop procedures. AISC Shop.

Engineering Manager
BS Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with experience in structural
design and analysis of steel structures. Successful candidate to have 8-10 yrs.
experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in the transmission
& wireless industry as well as 3-5 yrs. management experience. Previous sales
experience is desirable.

Quality Assurance Manager
Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the Quality Assurance
Program. Overall responsibility for the company’s ISO 9001-2000, AISC
Quality Program as well as the development and qualification of
welding and NDT procedures.

Quality Control Inspector
Inspector will perform ultrasonic inspections and welding inspections
to determine if product meets standards/specifications.
Knowledge of transmission and wireless tower products,
inspection principles and AWS D1.1 standards are necessary.
ASNT Level II Certification is required.

Director of Human Resources
Senior level experienced candidate
Responsible for administering HR policies, programs,
And practices, including planning, organizing, developing, implementing
And coordinating. Develop and administer an effective recruitment program. Coordinate Safety, OSHA guidelines Job training and benefit administration.
Provide leadership and be part of the Management Team.

Manufacturing Engineer
Improve Manufacturing Processes & methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement &
efficiency. Able to assist the Plant Manager in improving a system of production control,
Standard operating procedures, safety, quality control and training. Pocess a bachelors’
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

CNC Programmer
Creates CNC files from engineering calculations through the proper use of
programming tools for the machine shop operations of plasma cutting, drilling,
punching, etc. Experience in programming in a structural design environment a plus.

Drafting Technician
Prepare drawings for customer and fabrication using Pro/E
solid modeling software. Must have experience in steel fabrication
and/or design with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Customer Service Coordinator
Seeking an energetic person to work in a fast paced professional environment.
Experience in manufacturing and customer service field.
Duties include scheduling projects, communicating with customers, tracking orders,
coordinating shipments and providing daily and weekly updates for customers.
Ability to handle several projects concurrently.

Welder / Fitter
Welders with at least 2-5 year of welding experience
in Mig, Flux Core & Sub Arc.
Able to read blue prints
Also, a Training Program
For Vo-Tech graduates.
